    The conference venue is located very close to the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Philadelphia.  Please book your air ticket to arrive to this airport.  The other airports such as Newark International Airport, Newark and Kennady International airport (New York) are located far from Philadelphia.  If you happen to book your ticket to any of these two other airports, you will need to take local transports either in train or bus to come to the conference venue. It will take about two hours of journey from Newark and about three hours from New York (http://www.amtrak.com/).

    We strongly advise you to book your ticket to Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia.  Taxi from airport to hotel would cost around $25. You can also take a local train to arrive to the conference venue or to the hotel. If you prefer to come to conference venue by train, you can get off at University City. http://www.septa.org/schedules/rail/index.html.
